The Convergent Provider Search API is a custom API. It returns JSON-encoded responses, uses standard HTTP response codes and verbs, and authentication is performed using oauth2 and bearer tokens. Convergent is scalable and extensible. Our platform allows you to leverage the power of our proprietary set of public and private reference data sources to improve accuracy and integrity.

Convergent enables searching using a robust set of provider demographic parameters including name, address, phone, email, specialty, and identifiers such as NPI and DEA numbers.
